We have three (3) research laboratories and chemical formulations, geographically located in Valencia, Carabobo State, Venezuela.
PRODUCTS EVALUATED AND APPROVED BY PDVSA
The following products were evaluated at the laboratory level and in the operational areas of PDVSA's East Exploration and Production Division. They were subjected to commercial tests and were approved.
-AJMA 001: Asphaltene dispersant .
-AJMD 001: De-emulsifier.
-DHD 001: Matrix stimulant.
DISPERSANTE
Chemical product based on phenolic resin and aromatic solvents, to dissolve, stabilize and disperse asphaltenes in crude oil, at surface level. Among the advantages offered by this formulation is its low dosage of the product and its formulation developed with national technology.
Work in synergy with AJMD-001!
The asphaltene dispersant formulation AJMA-001, in addition to being efficient at low concentration doses, inhibits asphaltene precipitation.
DEMULSIONING
Chemical product based on polymers and organic solvents, used for the breakdown of emulsions in chemical treatment of crude oils. The properties of the AJMD-001 are: Resistance to pH changes, compatibility with other chemical products used in the chemical treatment of crude oils, thermal stability and stability against high concentrations of electrolytes (brines).
Work in synergy with AJMA-001!
The AJMD-001 demulsifying formulation is efficient at low concentration doses, relative to other products.
STIMULATING
Chemical product based on phenolic resin and aromatic solvents, to dissolve, stabilize and disperse asphaltenes in crude oil, at the bottom of the wellbore. Among the advantages offered by this formulation is its low dosage of the product and its formulation developed with national technology.
The dispersion formulation of asphaltenes DHD-001, besides being efficient, at low concentration doses, inhibits emulsion formation and adhesion phenomena.
