Grupo Mendoza's prefabricated building plant offers buildings with a reinforced concrete structure of up to twenty levels, designed for the construction of homes, hospitals, hotels or shopping centers, with all the characteristics of a traditional building but with a substantial difference: the buildings are manufactured in a production plant using industrialized procedures, with unbeatable quality standards, and in only a third of the time necessary for the execution of a traditional building.

Our system of precast concrete structural panels allows the design, manufacture, transportation and assembly of modular buildings with a reinforced concrete structure of up to 20 levels, in infinity of different configurations.

In foundations, the execution system is traditional, from the first height, it begins to use a module assembly system manufactured in a plant using advanced techniques and industrial processes, offering unattainable construction times for traditional buildings. .

The system has modules for the development of home interiors, which allow the industrialized manufacturing of rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms and terraces. Other modules allow the realization of common areas, such as portals, stairs and elevator shaft, passage areas and maintenance skids. Finally, the plant has its own roof system, and with the possibility of incorporating advanced ventilated facades
